Fancy From The Jamie Foxx Show Wants Your Pity And Black America Is Done — and on this livestream The Angryman says out loud what a whole lot of Foundational Black Americans are finally tired of pretending they don't think. Garcelle Beauvais, the actress most people still know as Fancy from The Jamie Foxx Show, has stepped up once again as the celebrity face of the Haitian sympathy campaign after the Supreme Court's June 25, 2026 ruling cleared the way to end Temporary Protected Status, or TPS, for more than 350,000 Haitians. And here is the one question nobody on that side wants to answer: where was the temporary protected status for Black Americans? Fancy From The Jamie Foxx Show wants your pity, but Black America is done handing out guilt on command. The Angryman breaks down why the endless guilt trip — the idea that because you were born in this country you owe an open-ended debt to everybody who wasn't — is a hustle dressed up as a moral argument, and why it stopped working a long time ago. Foundational Black Americans never got a special status shielding us from anything. Our forebears were not protected; they were brutalized, and they paid the ultimate price for the prosperity that people now fly in from all over the world to enjoy. So when Garcelle Beauvais and other well-off celebrities try to shame the descendants of those people into feeling responsible for a TPS decision, The Angryman says tell your story walking. This is the same disrespect pattern we have covered before — the same energy as the David Oyelowo and Godfrey conversation about the Southern accent — foreign-born voices talking down to actual Black Americans the second things stop going their way. We are not the villains in the Haitian TPS story, and we do not owe anybody an apology for being born here. This is Black American accountability, one standard for everybody, no guilt trip, no exceptions. Foundational Black Americans, ADOS, TPS, Haiti, Garcelle Beauvais — The Angryman lays it all out. The standard is the standard.
