The Untethered

So I did research.
They—the culture around this Lindsay Clancy bit and the holdout Black male juror who refused to be a good nigger and stay on the plantation... yup, I used the hard R there because that's what they intend in reality.
Let's camp on that really before I continue... why is "nigger" REALLY so offensive? WHY??
NIGGER is a slur or epithet of the Charles Darwin variety to refer to lesser black-skinned humanoids in the Darwinian parlance, from West Africa in the NIGER region (Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Niger, etc.). That's the first level of insult.
From my FBA view, and shared amongst others now who can RIGHTFULLY POINT TO AND DEFEND FBA. This from new emerging research like Dr. Ken Ham's Creation Institute, Black American Oral Familial History, Native American Oral History, and developing archaeology (Chaco, discoveries on the Arkansas River in Kansas, discoveries in the Mississippi Valley, parts of the American Southwest, Northern Mexico, the Caribbean, the Gulf Coast, the Greater Caribbean, and parts of Central and South America—what was covered up as a result of the Hayes/Tilden Compromise)... The FBA native view actually might be accurate. If so, the epithet nigger, tied to Africa, is actually a double insult. The first is being considered a lesser human; the second being ancestrally displaced.
Okay, covered that... back to the topic. HOW DARE THAT BOSTON NIGGER (hard R) get off the plantation we built for him and his mind, and act and/or think with any clarity, agency, or logic on his own without our input. HOW DARE HE!!
To me, a very pale man, this juror is a hero flat out. I could care less if he were a purple dinosaur from the planet Zoom. He stood as a man and did the right thing. But, I'm not a crazy leftoid satanic heathen who believes men belong in compartments because white, black, red, sloped eyes, etc. In my world, you're either a person who stands on the right things or you're a piece of shit.
The other 11 were pieces of shit. The two men who folded were squishy pieces of shit—like having a bout of food poisoning pieces of shit.
In my lifetime careers, I have been since high school: a landscaper, a rental property fixer, a soldier (with 4.5 years actual combat time), a logger, a cowboy, a truck driver, a miner, a truck driver a second time, and now I do highway construction and maintenance. My father was a highly successful car salesman/sales manager/general manager, former Marine (Vietnam), and former oil field roughneck in Eastern New Mexico and West Texas.
My grandfather on my father's side, his career list: cotton gin worker, farmer, aircraft engine builder and mechanic, auto mechanic, auto shop owner, oilfield heavy vehicle mechanic, farmer/rancher/landowner, and country Baptist lay preacher.
My grandfather on my mother's side: farmhand, International Harvester parts man, and salesman...
We are TETHERED PEOPLE in the things that ACTUALLY MAKE SOCIETY GO. WE ARE ALWAYS CLOSE TO REAL. ALWAYS. WE KNOW WHAT MATTERS...
Let's look at Lindsay Clancy's world...
I mean, if we are going to tear up this NIGGER (hard R) who DARED BUCK THE NARRATIVE AND GET OFF THE PLANTATION... fair is fair... right?
Lindsay Clancy's world... her family legacy...
Michael Musgrove—photographer... wow... artsy-fartsy Braintree elite... I bet the world could go on without him... he didn't add much, did he?
Paula Musgrove—Weight Watchers consultant... If that's not delusional, overbearing, bored-housewife behaviour, then I don't know what is.
Okay Lindsay, you were a labor and delivery nurse... good job.
But, in Boston and the culture there... how many pregnancies did you help terminate? 30, 150, 300, 1000? And I'll bet most of them were minority women, right? 1939 Margaret Sanger, anyone?
Such pillars of society, movers and shakers... or people that put their shoulders to it...
As of present, I cannot locate much on our holdout juror... but I'll bet money in Boston Metro he is blue-collar... maybe a truck driver at the port, a construction worker, a longshoreman, or owns a small business... something like that... I could be wrong... but I bet. And if I am right, that beats "photographer and Weight Watchers consultant" any day and twice on Sunday.
But now they try to DOX this man... like sending out the slave catchers.
Boston is one of the most close-minded cities in America. It has been for a long time... at times difficult compared to the South during Jim Crow. And, while the South has changed significantly on this, Boston still holds to it in a lot of ways... liberal, highly-educated Boston... other than the south side.
But, people like myself, the juror, the men before me in my family... those in my world... we are tethered to reality every day. We do, or have done, things to actually add to this campground we call society.
Michael Musgrove—you took a picture of the building a guy like me delivered the materials to or put together the materials to build.
You live in a glass house... as does your wife and daughter.
You and your entire family and legacy are untethered.
Aaron M. Perdue.
