ALL THE BABY/CHILD DEATHS AND THE HIGH CHILD MORTALITY RATE PRE-1945.... WAS IT REALLY ALL DISEASE, OR WAS SOMETHING SINISTER HIDING CONVENIENTLY?

Was this a quiet reason that there was such high resistance to women's sufferage and civil liberties?

I am an 1800s/1700s buff. That's a GEN X thing. Living in places like New Mexico, Arizona, even when I lived in Southeast Pennsylvania and explored the history there....Or, if you walk the boot hill graveyard in Dodge City, KS...or in Tombstone...you know the tourist attraction types....you see A LOT of child graves...This one died at two, that one died at four months, that one died at five, this one died at eight, that one died at ten....

They say before modern medicine infant and child mortality was VERY VERY high.. And, given say in 1620, or 1770, or 1881 or even 1910 we didn't have the medicine we have today to fight and prevent disease yes children are healthier...hell even old ...
