Israelí Women: The Solution to the 19th Amendment.
Being former service AND being in the Middle East as long as I was I am aware of something most people know nothing about but run thier mouths. Many need to be punched in the mouth. I digress.
I have at times engaged with Israeli service members; a considerable amount of them women. I have also engaged with citizens of that country that are women.
All are well presented, respectful and serious people with a HIGH sense of agency.
Here's why. Because of the proximity to whole nations and ethnic groups surrounding their little country who wish to exterminate their entire country and the Jewish race they don't have time to fuck around.
I love the Jews Because they are still God's people.
I respect Israelis Because they are tough little fuckers.
But, Israeli women tend to think more closely to their men. Sure it is a wealthy country and a free country where when they are not at war everyone enjoys some of the highest standards of living on the planet. However, every citizen...male or female is genuinely equal in their citizenship. Why?
Unless they are profoundly ill or disabled, EVERY CITIZEN of Israel, IS MANDATED a minimum to two years military service after their equivalente of high school or University...every single one, male or female...The exception is of course illness or disability. And, even still those disabled but still able to fill other roles are STRONGLY encouraged to do so.
Israeli Women enjoy full citizenship in that nation, along with sufferage, and, while still slightly left of the men- they are females- they are to the right of most Americans in general. They still are very serious people.
They, like their men bear the cost and accountability of being a citizen. ARMED IN UNIFORM.
Oh, and they tend to beautiful women too. But they are NOT CRAZY. At all.
Key is, they as citizens bear an EQUAL STAKE as the men. They lay down life and shed blood....LIKE THE MEN.
SO...LADIES...YOU WANT TO BE EQUAL.
OK...LETS KEEP THE 19TH.
BUT YOU HAVE TO SIGN UP BY LAW FOR SELECTIVE SERVICE. SKIN IN THE GAME.
Othewise- REPEAL THE 19TH.
THOSE ARE YOUR ONLY CHOICES.
